Lack of opportunity within Nepal and the growing demand on youth to economically support the family, many Nepali youth are leaving Nepal to work abroad and have been contributing to the economic prosperity of their families, as well as in the reduction of poverty in their country. Nepalese youth faced many challenge and hurdles in the labor market both nationally and internationally. Moreover, most of the Nepali youth who are going for work abroad are mostly laborers. Additionally, their dependence on agents and brokers to go for foreign employment and the lack of information and skills, many youth are likely to fall prey to various forms of exploitation and abuses in cycle of foreign labor migration. In this context, Sunsari Youth Club was established in 2072 with the objective of ensuring the rights of youth in the entre socially and economically development process.
